At Ribston Pippin, as many of our clients have commented “they are all about customer service”, we are now looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing coordinator to complement our team to expand the geographic area we cover.

We need someone who is:

  • Punctual, presentable and excellent on the telephone.
  • A problem solver, able to think on their feet and use their own initiative.
  • Passionate about people and property.
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, and our in-house software package.
  • An excellent communicator with natural problem solving abilities
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer relations and exceed clients’ expectations

What will you be doing all day?

  • Handling inbound vendor and purchaser calls.
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and tradespeople.
  • Drawing up Memorandums of Sale, invoices and sales brochures.
  • Conducting property viewings.
  • Making outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Assessing and evaluating with vendors how to increase viewings and offers.
